Returns policy

For any undamaged product that is still new and un used, simply return it with its included packaging along with the original invoice (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product (note paragraph 2) and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. 
Please note we do not accept returns on any used products, or products out of its original packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to reliabide ltd for the refund to be made. We only accept returns under the condition of the incorrect order being sent to the customer, if your received items match the invoice and the order placed then we can not offer a refund.
